Return & Refund Policy

At ABTex Stores, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We gladly accept returns within 10 days of receiving your item. After 10 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return or refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Tags must still be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at ABTexdotpk@gmail.com.
 Returns should be sent to the following address only after your request is approved:

Once your return is authorized, we will send you:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions on how to send your package back

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, skincare)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? The quickest way is to:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item.

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the product you want.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note that it might take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund
